Creating an Account

Types of Accounts

When signing up, you can create a Player account or a Parent account. They both will function the same once logged in but we want to help make sure you are set up using the app to the best of your situation! 

When should I use a Parent account? 

• If you are using the SwingTracker sensor and Diamond Kinetics app with multiple children/players! Within an account you can have up to 3 additional profiles (not including your own).
• If you're player is younger than 13 years of age. 

Follow the instructions below under Creating an Account, but on your screen ensure you select Parent.

When should I use a Player account? 

• You are using the SwingTracker sensor and Diamond Kinetics app with one child who is older than 13 years of age. 

Follow the instructions below under Creating an Account, but on your screen ensure you select Player.

Creating an Account

When creating an account with Diamond Kinetics, we support Social Sign-In, providing you with 3 ways to create an account: Email, Google and Apple. 

Email:

Creating an account with email is the easiest way to sign in and out of your account on multiple devices. If you plan on using multiple devices, create an account using your email. Social sign-in like Apple or Google will limit you to only signing in on devices that are signed in to the same social (AppleID or Gmail).

1. Download the Diamond Kinetics App from the Apple App Store
   • The Diamond Kinetics App is not available on Android
2. Open the app and select Get Started
3. Select Player or Parent
4. Enter in your birthday and select Continue
   • If you enter a birthday under 13 years of age, you will be asked to grab a parent and create Parent Account. Moving beyond this point, we assume parental consent is provided.
5. Select Sign Up With Email
6. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password. Select Baseball or Softball, and then select Continue. 
7. Once your account is created, you will be sent an Email Verification which you can complete at anytime. 

Google:

If you plan on using multiple devices, create an account using your email. Social sign-in like Google will limit you to only signing in on devices that are signed in to the same social (Gmail). In other words, you will need to login to your Gmail on the new device you are using.

1. Select Get Started
2. Select Player or Parent
3. Enter in your birthday and select Continue
   • If you enter a birthday under 13 years of age, you will be asked to grab a parent and create Parent Account. Moving beyond this point, we assume parental consent is provided.
4. Select Sign Up With Google
5. You will receive a notification that Diamond Kinetics wants to use your email. Select Continue.
6. Enter your Google Credentials and select Continue
7. Enter your First Name and  Last Name
8. Select Baseball or Softball
9. Select Continue

Apple:

If you plan on using multiple devices, create an account using your email. Social sign-in like Apple will limit you to only signing in on devices that are signed in to the same social (AppleID). In other words, you will need to login to your AppleID on the new device you are using.

1. Select Get Started
2. Select Player or Parent
3. Enter in your birthday and select Continue
   • If you enter a birthday under 13 years of age, you will be asked to grab a parent and create Parent Account. Moving beyond this point, we assume parental consent is provided.
4. Select Sign Up With Apple
5. A Sign In With Apple notification will appear. You can select Continue.
6. Your Apple Device's Apple ID will automatically appear. You can select Share My Email or Hide My Email and then select Continue.
7. You will be prompted to Sign In With Passcode, or Apple ID. Enter your credentials. 
8. Enter your First Name and  Last Name
9. Select Baseball or Softball
10. Select Continue
