With a Parent Account you can have up to 3 additional profiles! It's a great way to use the SwingTracker with all of your kids!
As a parent, you have the ability to create up to 3 separate accounts underneath your original account. This means that in total, you can have up to 4 accounts to switch in and out of! This is a great feature for families that have multiple children, or for someone that wants to create additional, customizable profiles. Continue below to learn how to add additional profiles and switch between them!
Adding Additional Profile(s)
- Log in to your Diamond Kinetics account in the app
- If you do not have a Diamond Kinetics account, you can create an account now!
- Select the Gear Icon in the top right corner of the main Clubhouse Page (Home page)
- Select the Manage Profiles tab
- Select the Add Profile square
- Enter your profile details
- First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password
- Select Baseball or Softball
- Select Continue
- Select Save Profile
Switching Profiles
- Log in to your Diamond Kinetics account in the app
- If you do not have a Diamond Kinetics account, you can create an account now!
- Select the Gear Icon in the top right corner of the main Clubhouse Page (Home page)
- Select the Manage Profiles tab
- Select the Profile Square that you want to switch to
It does matter which profile you take swings in, because that profile will be where swings are saved. If you have multiple profiles, you want to make sure you select the proper profile for the proper hitter to take swings in, if you want those swings to be saved under their name. You can then view history for that player on app.diamondkinetics.com
