So you're ready to get started with Diamond Kinetics? Let's help you create an account so you can check out all the app has to offer!

Types of Accounts

When signing up, you can create a Player account or a Parent account. They both will function the same once logged in but we want to help make sure you are set up using the app to the best of your situation!

When should I use a Parent account?

- If you are using the SwingTracker sensor and Diamond Kinetics app with one child who is older than 13 years of age.

-If you're player is younger than 13 years of age.

-You are using the SwingTracker sensor and Diamond Kinetics app with one child who is older than 13 years of age.

We offer three different ways to create an account with Diamond Kinetics; email, Gmail and Apple.

Whether creating a Parent or Player account, follow the instructions below, making sure to select the correct account type when asked!

DK TIP

If you plan on using multiple devices, we suggest creating an account using your email. Social sign-in like Apple or Google will limit you to only signing in on devices that are signed in to the same social (AppleID or Gmail).

Create Account

Download the DK app from the Apple app store
Open the app and select Get Started
Select Player or Parent
Enter in your birthday and select Continue
- If you enter a birthday under 13 years of age, you will be asked to grab a parent and create Parent Account. Moving beyond this point, we assume parental consent is provided.
Select how you'd like to create your account
- Sign up with Email
  - Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password
  - Continue to step 7
- Sign up with Google
  - Select the Google Account you wish to use
  - Enter your credentials
  - Select Continue
- Sign up with Apple
  - Select your Apple ID and select Sign In
  - Sign in with your Face ID or Apple Device's Passcode
Enter your account details (First Name, Last Name)
Select Baseball or Softball
Select Continue

Do I need my own profile in my Parent account?

Nope! If you are using the app with multiple children we suggest creating a Parent account but inputting the first child/player's name/details. Once the account is created, add a profile for each additional player (up to 3). Of course, if you're gonna get in the cage and take some hacks, you can certainly create a profile for yourself to keep that data separate!

What about a team account or Coach account?

At this time, we do not offer any team or coach accounts. We do not have any team bundle or pricing available for bulk purchases.
