Make sure your SwingTracker is charged and ready to go!
Prior to charging your SwingTracker, make sure that it is removed from the High Performance Mount! The sensor will not charge correctly in the High Performance Mount.
Charging The SwingTracker:
- Make sure your charging pad is plugged in and the Diamond Kinetics logo facing up
- You'll see a red light on the front of the charging pad
- Place your SwingTracker on the center of the charging pad with the Diamond Kinetics logo facing up
- When successfully charging, you'll see a blue light on the front of the charging pad and the SwingTracker pulsing a slow red
My SwingTracker will not charge, what should I do?
It's important to make sure that your charging pad light turns blue when you place the SwingTracker on the charging pad. If the charging pad light is not turning blue, or you do not see a red or green light on the top of your SwingTracker, please reach out to our Customer Care team at support@diamondkinetics.com.
How long does it take to charge?
Depending on how depleted your SwingTracker's battery is, it may take anywhere from 4 - 6 hours to fully charge.
