Updating the firmware of your SwingTracker is important! Making sure that your SwingTracker is on the most up to date version of firmware is an important step towards your sensor functioning properly with the Diamond Kinetics app. To learn how to update your firmware, following along below!
Updating Firmware:
- Login to your Diamond Kinetics account.
- On the Home Page, select the Gear Icon in the upper right corner
- Place your SwingTracker on the charging pad
- Make sure your SwingTracker remains on the charging pad for the entirety of the Firmware Update.
- Select the Sensor tab underneath Account Section
- Connect your SwingTracker
- Select the i icon next to your SwingTracker name
- Select Update Available to update firmware
- Once your Firmware Update is complete, make sure to leave the SwingTracker on the charging pad so that it can charge for 1-2 hours.
My SwingTracker will not update, what should I do?
We recommend that you make sure your SwingTracker is charging (and stays on the charging pad), while the Firmware Update is taking place. If you remove the SwingTracker from the charging pad, or start a Firmware Update without the SwingTracker on the charging pad, it may fail. If your SwingTracker fails to update, you can reach out to support@diamondkinetics.com.
