SwingTracker Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty Details:

Every SwingTracker purchased from our Amazon Store is covered by our 12 Month Warranty. 

To be eligible for our 12 Month Warranty, your SwingTracker must align with these key factors:

1. SwingTracker's must be purchased from our Amazon Store, which is only available in the United States.
   • SwingTracker's are old sold in Diamond Kinetics US Amazon Storefront.
2. The initial purchase date of a SwingTracker must not exceed 12 Months. 

The Diamond Kinetics 12 Month Warranty does not cover: damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Replacing a SwingTracker:

If you believe your SwingTracker is defective and it falls under the above criteria, feel free to reach out to support@diamondkinetics.com where one of our Live Agents will help diagnosis your SwingTracker and provide next steps. 

• A valid Amazon Order ID from our Amazon Store is required to begin this process.
• Warranty Replacements are shipped using a normal 2-5 standard business day window. 

Amazon 30 Day Return and Replacement Window:

Amazon offers a 30 Day Return and Replacement Policy (in addition to our 12 Month Warranty). 

While Amazon does offer Warranty Replacements, if you are looking to exercise your 12 Month Warranty, the best course of action would be to reach out to support@diamondkinetics.com.
