In April 2023, we launch our Diamond Kinetics app and removed our legacy apps, including the PitchTracker app, from the iOS app store. The PitchTracker app is no longer available for download. The PitchTracker Baseball and PitchTracker Softball are no longer for sale through Diamond Kinetics.

If you had a PitchTracker ball and the PitchTracker app downloaded prior to it's removal, you are still able to use it on the device that it was downloaded on. However, please note that the PitchTracker app no longer receives updates or new features.

Warranty Details

As of Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, we have ended support for our PitchTracker products. Ending our PitchTracker support means that we will no longer be able to replace any defective products that were originally purchased through Diamond Kinetics.

If you are still able to use your PitchTracker product, we are happy to continue to answer any questions you may have regarding PitchTracker and the PitchTracker app(s).If you have used the PitchTracker app in the past, we encourage you to download and check out our Diamond Kinetics app that includes many of the same features and some new ones!

Should I buy a PitchTracker from a 3rd party source?

We highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase a PitchTracker from a 3rd Party Source (EBay, Facebook Marketplace, ETC.) PitchTrackers have been out of production for several years and any PitchTracker purchased would be several years old, likely to experience issues. PitchTrackers purchase from a 3rd party are not warranted by Diamond Kinetics.

The PitchTracker I bought from Diamond Kinetics doesn't work, now what?

At the time of purchase all PitchTracker products were warranted for 12 months from the purchase date. Since PitchTracker has been pulled from the market all warranties and grace periods have run their course of 12 months. PitchTrackers that no longer work will not be replaced. While your PitchTracker may no longer be covered under warranty, if you would like to attempt troubleshooting techniques on your PitchTracker, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team at support@diamondkinetics.com. Is PitchTracker coming back?

PitchTracker is currently not at the forefront of Diamond Kinetics and while we hope to bring it back in the future, there is no timeline at the moment.
