Pairing your CATX-Smart is crucial for registering swings in the Diamond Kinetics app. There are two separate ways you can pair your CATX-Smart depending if you're just getting started or you've already downloaded the app.
Just Downloaded The App?
- Select Pair a New Device.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and click Next.
- Firmly Tap your CATX-Smart Knob off the ground 3-4 times.
- When your CATX-Smart appears, click Tap To Pair.
- Select Done.
Already Have The App?
- Login to your Diamond Kinetics account in the app
- Select the Gear Icon in the top right corner of the main Clubhouse Page (Home page)
- Select the Sensor
- Make sure to give the app Bluetooth Permissions if you have not already
- You'll see the CATX-Smart Icon appear, click on the CATX-Smart Icon to connect the CATX-Smart.
- Don't see your CATX-Smart listed here? Make sure your bat is turned on by firmly tapping your CATX-Smart bat's knob off the ground 3-4 times.
- You'll see an i appear next to your CATX-Smart Icon, this means your CATX-Smart is connected.
My CATX-Smart is not connecting, what should I do?
Make sure that you are providing the bat knob with enough vibration for the CATX-Smart to turn on.
Tapping the bat knob with your hand may not provide enough force to wake the CATX-Smart. If you are unable to get the CATX-Smart to appear within the Diamond Kinetics app after tapping the bat knob off the ground 3-4 times, please reach out to our Customer Care team at support@diamondkinetics.com.
